We are being proactive and making continuous adjustments to our preparedness and response plans. We have heightened our cleaning and disinfecting standards to adhere to CDC guidelines. We ask our clients to be equally responsible and to alert our team of any of the following:
- Fever or above normal temperature
- Flu-like symptoms: dry cough, runny nose, loss of sense of smell or taste, sore throat
- Notifying us before our visit if you have been outside of the U.S. or in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19
- Informing us if you are being tested for COVID-19 and awaiting results
