Happy Mother’s Day

Correct Posture Month

Due to COVID-19, many of us suddenly switched our work environment from office to home creating all kinds of unusual home set-ups that can lead to poor posture. Poor posture can affect our health and well-being and can lead to chronic pain. There are ways to improve posture.
TIPS TO IMPROVE POSTURE
While standing, keep your head high, shoulders back and stomach tucked in.
When sitting, keep legs perpendicular to the floor, with your rear end touching the back of the chair. Distribute weight evenly over both hips and keep feet flat on the floor. When sitting at a desk or table, arms and elbows should rest on the surface taking the strain off the shoulders.
It is important to remember to get up at least every half hour. This will also help avoid computer eye strain. We hope these tips will help you. Take care of yourself while staying safe at home.
Happy Passover

We wish our clients, friends and family who celebrate a Happy Passover. The holiday season will take some creativity this year to include social distancing during Seder’s. We know some of you will make the most out of this unique Passover holiday and connect over video conferencing platforms. We hope that you and your family are and stay in good health.
