Today is the last day to file your taxes unless you have an extension.

As a reminder, there are people who scam the public by impersonating an IRS official through phone calls or online phishing emails. The IRS almost always notifies by regular mail first. If you do receive contact, it is better to hang up and call the IRS directly to make certain that it is not an impersonator trying to con you.
