Anna is the creator and driving force behind Simply Serene, an upcoming guided breathing and wellness app designed to help users step away from daily distractions, respond to everyday stress, and create intentional moments of calm.

A Wellness App Inspired by Everyday Pressure
The concept for Simply Serene grew from Anna’s understanding of the pressure many teenagers and adults experience. School, work, activities, responsibilities, social media, and the constant presence of technology can make it difficult to slow down and take a meaningful break.
Anna wanted to create a simple, approachable resource that people could use whenever they need to pause, breathe, and reset. Her goal is to make mindfulness feel less complicated and easier to incorporate into an already busy day.

Simply Serene is being developed around practical breathing exercises, guided relaxation, mindfulness techniques, and easy-to-use wellness tools. The experience is intended to encourage users to reconnect with the present moment without requiring a large time commitment.
The app is built around a straightforward idea: even a few intentional minutes can create space for a calmer, more balanced day. Users will be able to turn to Simply Serene at home, at school, at work, or whenever they want to slow down and refocus.
